What does Arbonne say about themselves -

 A few weeks a go , a lady named Emma Harrison  contacted me regarding Arbonne.

I was honest with her in the respect that I had never heard of them before but I was interested to find out more.
Emma sent me some samples to review and I was happy to try them out . After all Ii have been searching for some new skin care items as  I have been having some problems with dryness, pigmentation and those dreaded wrinkles around the eyes and the forehead have started to appear.

I can only say how I felt using the products on first use as they are only samples so I may not get the effect or reaction it is meant to have if it is meant to be used for a longer amount of time to see results.


Secondly I would like to emphasize the fact that I have not been payed to promote Arbonne or the distributor in any way other than receiving the free samples and although I am very grateful for receiving them for nothing , it does not and will not sway me into making out they are fantastic or better than they are if I find they are not up to my standards or suitable for myself .

So now after we have gone through all the important information let us have a look at some actual products and let you know what I have to say about them.

Firstly lets take a look at Arbonnes number 1 selling anti-aging RE9 Advanced selection.

Smoothing facial cleanser 3ml
Provides effective smoothing and renewing of the skin surface for soft, supple skin.
This smells absolutely refreshing. I am impressed with how much this actually woke me up yesterday , I felt lively and awakened just by the orange zest scent. I only needed a small amount of this to have a full face coverage and my face felt so smooth afterwards. The only downfall is that not much longer after using the product , my face felt quite dry and flaked around the nose area . It did cleanse my skin though , I just feel maybe too much of my natural oils in my skin had been stripped. For me this is not something I would buy in the future due to my skin being left so dry but this would be beneficial to those with oily combination skin.

Regerating toner 3ml
An antioxidant rich, pH-balanced mist with Vitamins A, C and E regenerates skin tone and firmness to deliver younger looking skin.
This is most definately something I would be interested in purchasing the future. I have to be honest and admit that I have been terrible for not applying toner to my face yet but after using this Ii most certainly will in the future. The regenorating toner is an easy to use toner in a spray bottle which makes it easy for me to use and just one spray goes a very long way . It left my skin feeling tighter and I seen instant results on the lines on my forehead and around the eyes . These areas looked more toned and and reduced my signs of aging. Definitely a fantastic product that would be fantastic for anyone who has this problem .

Intensive renewal serum 3ml
A powerful blend of clinically proven, collagen supporting ingredients that visibly firms and lifts skin, while diminishing the appearance of fine lines.
This is another of my favourites out of the collection. It was not what Ii was expecting in regards to the yellow tone cream and it was certainly to watery in texture for my liking but this was a pleasure to put on my skin. I felt instantly nourished and my skin felt so smooth and subtle. The fine lines looked reduced around my eyes and forehead but I am not sure this was something that was helped by the toner I had used previously.

Corrective eye creme  3ml
Exclusive blend supports collagen, helps reduce the appearance of puffiness and helps diminish the look of dark circles. 
I have never had problems with puffy eyes but the dark circles are most definitely an issue with my lack of sleep.
For me this sample was too small to notice an instant difference so maybe using this over a few days or weeks helps show some results . The texture feels nice and makes my outer eye area feel soft yet tighter so maybe this could work for those who need it .

Restorative day creme SPF 20
High concentrations of advanced moisture enhancing ingredients support collagen, and protect and restore skin's youthful appearance.
This is a light moisturiser that soaks well into the skin, Very little is needed to get a full coverage . For me I like a thicker cream though .

Extra moisture restorative day creme SPF 20
Uniquely formulated for drier skin, this ultra hydrating crème features high concentrations of moisture enhancing ingredients that support collagen, and protect and restore skin's youthful appearance. 
This is the one that I prefer form both the day creams. It is amazingly thick but not too thick , almost feels like a mouse / cream. It blends into my skin perfectly and my skin soaks it in immediately.
My skin feels soft and moisturised wearing this and it is definitely something I would think about purchasing after I have eventually gone trough my many others .

Night  repair creme - 3ml
Ultra hydrating blend of botanicals and concentrated vitamin C supports collagen and helps repair skin to restore a youthful appearance.
For me the night cream is the most important product from all these products . Although this is the most expensive of the collection, it has to be said it is my most favourite of the lot. This cream has vitamin C and as with all of the other items in this collection there is no bulking agents in them so they go a very long way. I left this to absorb in my skin over night and woke with my face feeling smooth and toned . I would defintitely recommend this product . On application there is no greasiness at all and of course smells or orange zest  like all the other products in this range.

Nourishing body wash 6ml
This intensive moisturising wash, with vitamins and minerals, nourishes skin and enhances radiance and tone.
I love that this is a cream body wash but unfortunately I prefer a more refreshing product for the bath or shower. The scent is not as fantastic as the face cleanser which is a shame but it does leave your skin feeling soft and very cleansed . For the price and product I would definitely purchase something different that would suit my needs more for less of the price.

Firming body cream
Luxurious cream supports collagen and elastin to help promote a firmer, more toned, smoother look and feel to skin 
This is something I really do need and wish to purchase in the future. After having  children my thighs and stomach have been stretched to the limit, Although I have not got a large amount I have seen a small improvement over the past three days of using this product. I wish I had more and not just the sample.
This product uses a peptide technology so it helps with stretch marks which is great as I have quite a few silver ones on my stomach. I have been trying this can see an improvement in firmness in my skin , completely safe to use and is the perfect moisturiser firming lotion .

What I have to say - 

First of all I am surprised to find this range has multiple smells , for some that is ok but for me I find it too much for my  skin to handle and prefer one scent like the RE9 LINE with its orange zest smell.


Hydrating cleanser +  freshener - 3ml
Full size Available for £20 - 118mlFor normal/dry skin. Moisture-enriched facial cleanser freshens skin to help keep it looking more youthful and revitalised
This has a very refreshing scent of strawberries but you can smell the jojoba coming thru mostly which I am not keen on. It feels lovely on application and leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh . I do feel the formula soaks into my skin to much for my liking, I would have preffered some sort of lather .

Nurturing day lotion  - 3ml
Full size available for £32 - 50mlRich moisturiser filters UV rays to help prevent sunburn. Leaves skin feeling moisturised and looking more youthful 
This is different with a kiwi scent , I love kiwi but not in scents , maybe its just me and I prefer a nice refreshing citrus smell in my products when they are meant to freshen me up. It is however very nice on the skin and soaks in to my skin very fast. This range seems not to be working for me as it is drying my skin and I think my skin needs a thicker absorbtionated cream to manage my dehydrated skin. This would be perfect for people who do not have dry skin for sure.

Moisturizing night creme - 3ml

For normal/dry skin. Rich moisturising crème nurtures skin whilst you sleep, helping to maintain young, beautiful skin 
As suspected the night creme is more to my liking. It is more thicker in texture which means it absorbs slower but I get more needed into my skin without the greasy feeling. This is mango scented which I love . Definitely something I would purchase in future. I woke up feeling my skin had been awakened and it felt more toned than the night before .

Overall I do not think this line is great for me, I feel if a range of products are meant for refreshening then the scents should be more citric, and also the cleanser did not lather like I would prefer as well as the day cream which is just to watery in formula for my thirst skin .

The Seasource Detox Spa line
 I received -

What Arbonne say-
Seasource Detox spa products purify your skin and hair with specialised ingredients, marine derived botanicals and targeted ingredients. The products can be used as a luxurious spa  programme to support detoxification, restoration and total renewal. Helps  stimulate, strengthen and support the body and senses so yuo feel relaxed and recharged.

My thoughts are -

Detoxifying rescue wash - 6ml

Gently wash away impurities on the face, body and hair with this gentle, purifying wash, blended with stimulating ingredients from the ocean. Its unique formula protects against free radical damage and lays down a protective moisture barrier on the skin's surface.
First of all this has to be the most refreshing scent of mandarin with an amazing back scent of rosemary. The rescue wash does the job but actually nothing special is found from using it. I do feel clean and my skin feels moistured and soft but as with the others , I prefer a nice lather on a wash and this does not do that .

Foaming sea salt scrub - 6ml

This gentle body buffer lathers into a rich foam as it gently exfoliates the skin's surface, helping to increase microcirculation and stimulating skin to promote a healthy looking radiance, without disturbing skin's essential balance.
I am in love with this product and have to admit it is most definitely the favourite out of this collection.  I would definintely purchase this again but the price puts me of a little.
The scent of mandarin and roemary is soo refreshing on the skin and infacts stays on the skin for 24hrs at least even when creams are applied afterwards. My skin feels so soft and exfoliated and I really do feel like my skin has been renewed. Even though there is a lot of particles to ensure a full cleanse and exfoliation, this sea salt scrub still leaves my skin feel lik eit is moisturised , leaving the needed moisture needed for my skin to stay healthy. 

Renewing body gelee - 6ml

Renew yourself with the wonderful calming and refreshing properties of this cooling gel that nourishes, hydrates and moisturises, while helping to maintain skin's natural surface ionic balance.
With an orange, lemon and lavender scent this leaves a beautiful subtle fresh smell on your skin. The texture is so easily soaked in tot he skin and leaves me feeling amazingly soft. I do not however feel any cooling what so ever as I apply this . This is something I would not buy in future as it does not do as it says it does for me.

So there we go, sorry it was so long.

I would just like to finish by saying although some of the products did not work for me , I do think others may benefit from them as I had not. My experience with these has been a good one as I am definitely going to buy the FC5 when I run out of the hundreds of lotions I already have aside waiting to be used and the RE9 body firming cream is absolutely a must have .
