Ingredients - 

Over the past few months , my skin has become very dry and flakey. 
I have to admit this is due to my own forgetfullness of applying moisturiser, I know it is terrible. I have just been so busy that I simply have not been taking care of my skin as much as I should be .

I have since started to realise that moisturising my body is a must and so have been using this cream .

I am the type of person who is really fussy with creams, they are either too thin, too stinky or make my skin feel oily or stiff but this is my new must have!

I would have to say my skin is not dry really, just in some areas and although this is a body cream, I have been using this on my face before using my Clarins Double serum (also amazing , I will be posting about this later on ).

My face is the one part of my body that is constantly exposed to weather exposure and for me suffers more than any other area of my body.

 It is also the most important to me and Lately I have seen signs of wear and tear so to speak.

The dry patches appearing around my nose, upper cheek bones, top lip and forehead are becoming more apparent to me and actually making my makeup look terrible even with primers.

I know it is all my own fault for not taking precautions of moisturising my skin prior to hitting my 30's but there is no time limit on being too late to fix the problem so for the past week I have been using this religiously. 

Every morning and before I go to sleep, I apply this to my clean face and neck area and have to say even with one use I could feel the difference in my skin.

The Pro's -

• The packaging is massive, good thing for me as I will not miss this on my dresser so can remember to use it often. 
• The product can be used sparingly , you only need a small amount and so this will last a very long time.
• Once applied to the skin it absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy feeling.
• My skin feels soft and moisturised all day , so need to top up .
• It has a very fresh scent, almost baby Johnsons fresh type. I like it and it stays on your skin throughout the day.
• Using this on the dry areas works instantly . Especially around my face, knees , hands and elbows.
• I enjoy using this, it does not feel like a chore, it feels lovely on your skin, I love how thick it is.

The Cons - 

• It has a huge bulky container, not practical for taking everywhere and I do not like that bacteria is easily transferred through the open dip in style tub, for me , I would transfer this into a pump like bottle but it is thick so not sure it would work. I can see past this though, I love it non the less.

This L'Occitane Ultra Rich Body Cream is fabulous on dry skin, very rich yet sinks right in. This is an absolutely wonderful body cream. It leaves your skin feeling so smooth and moisturised. Great product, highly recommend.
