I hate house chores but doing them can help burn some calories .

  1. Scrub the bath for 30 minutes and you will burn 200 calories and tone your arms and shoulders.
  2. Vacuuming for half an hour burns up to 90 calories .
  3. Dusting for 30 minutes a day will butrn around 50 calories .

So not only do you get to burn a extra few calories but your house will look lovely and clean.
