Are You Wearing Red For The British Heart Foundation Today?

Today The British Heart Foundation Are urging you all to Wear red and Raise money to help fund the life saving research .

I am sure there are nearly (if not) all of you have at some point been affected by someone you know who has had some sort of heart disease or defect .

It is not just the elderly that suffer with the day to day battles of Heart Disease , in fact many babies and young children suffer too .

At the very young age of 4-5 years old my older sister discovered that she had congenital aortic  stenosis and multiple operations later , my sister has survived some of the scariest times we have had to deal with as a family thanks to the hospitals, doctors and specialist who have dealt with her over the years .

My sister now has a metal heart valve aortic but lives everyday to her max, she is really is the bravest person I know and our whole family are so appreciative of everyone who has helped her grow into the gorgeous woman she is today.

Coronary Heart Disease is the UK's single biggest killer and you can help by joining in and donating to Their Website here or even get involved yourself by holding an event, it is never too late and you would be helping to raise more awareness .

Just take a look at the advert that has been trying to reach to you on your T.V  screens and help keep these little hearts and many others stay beating .

Wearing red to me is a rare occasion but doing something for charity is not , you may remember back when I got gunked in red Jelly for Comic Relief to raise funds but this time I am not wearing jelly but in fact wearing red eye makeup and donating via their site.

So what ever you are doing today , please put your hands in your pockets , put on something red and donate to Heart Foundation, you never know who's life you could be saving next .
