The lighter shade on the left of the flipstick is a light pink with gold shimmer and satin frosty finish . The shade on the right is a plum red with gold shimmer .

The idea to this is you can use them separately or as a duo together, I personally like the plum red with a touch of pink shimmer in the middle of the bottom lip.

The packaging is transparent which is fantastic because I like to see the colours of my lipsticks before removing the cap and have it in view especially when you have so many to look through it makes it easier. Unfortunately they look as though they are aimed at a younger generation than mine with its plastic packaging and bright and cheerful colours of the labels. I prefer a more elegant look to my lipsticks.

Both lipsticks have the same texture and they both feel lightweight.

The lighter pink shade is more of a satin finish which emphasises the lip lines whilst the darker plum shade is not very pigmented and I myself don't like this wearing alone, but they do tend to feel drying .

Both lipsticks are easy to apply and , are both smooth and apply evenly .

After 2 or more hours the colour wears off which is not a problem for me , I like to top my lipstick up and given the fact that this is 2 lipsticks which can be worn in a couple of different ways giving different effects , I don't mind having it handy in my handbag whilst out.

The light pink is my favourite because it emphasises my lip line which is much needed when you have no shape without a good lipstick. I prefer wearing the mix of both of them together I think it makes my lips look fuller . Wearing the plum on its own does not suit me and the pigmentation on it on its own is not so good.

I myself would love to try Salsa Red.

The Flipsticks are on the thin side for me and that makes them feel like a sample lipstick which I don't like , they just feel like I have to be gentle with them in case they snap off.

Overall I like this product and I would definitely purchase the Gypsy Red , just because the Bloomy Pink is the lighter shade and I would like to try something other than pink.
