I made an order on Tuesday night with MUA . This is one of the most affordable brands I have often purchased from but running out of my much loved Intense glitter Eyeliner in Starry night I thought it best to grab a few other pieces too.

I usually make an order with MUA every 3 to 6 months because I need something or other and this time I wanted to buy the few things I had not previously as they were out of stock.
First of all I picked up 7 packets of lashes in 4 different styles

  • Vixen
  • Sassy x2
  • Flair x2
  • Glam x2

I have had these before but have not tried the vixen so bought 2 of each except for the vixen , I just got 1 of them as they look a little fuller and have more volume than I usually like for my small eyes. I was right as I tried them today and do not feel comfortable wearing such large lashes . At least I knwo the others are perfect.
For only £1 each you can not grumble especially as each pair comes with its own glue and look lovely on.
They are soo easy to apply and last the full day.

Infact I have tried so many lashes that comes with glue and these are the only one's that actually work. If you know of an inexspensive lash glue please let me know the name . I often re-use these lashes as they are that good so often run out of the supplied glue lol.

I also picked up 5 of the lipsticks, 2 from the matte range and 3 from the normal range

  • Totally Nude (matte)
  • Pouty pink (matte)
  • Shade 15 Juicy
  • Shade 6
  • Shade 7

Again these are only £1 and are fantastic. I do think the matte lipsticks are alot less pigmented than the normal range but still look lovely on . The matte are less creamy also which is a shame too . My favourite is Juicy . I spent all last summer wearing it because it was the perfect coral shade for me and felt soo creamy to apply.

I am actually pleased the other shades in the matte range were out of stock . My lips feel like I am rubbing rubber together and I am a fan of that feeling. However the shades are all gorgeous .

I also grabbed a love heart lip balm because I thought one of my daughters would like it. Drew my 6 year old has been using my Eve Lom and with Eve Lom costing £16 I think it is too much money to replace , especially as she has the habbit (LIKE ME) of applying it every 2 minutes.

It was only £1 like most things . It honestly feels like butter .

For the past 2 years I have tried a few primers but the only 1 I like is the Primed and Ready from Collection 2000. Unfortunately it is running low again and I saw MUA had one in the Fashionista range and it was only £3 which is a bargain as it is usually £10. The Flawless Primer is in a fabulous tube and is twice the size of my usual primer . I had no idea what this would be like and so I tried it this morning before applying my makeup and was impressed. It looks like a clear gel which Ii was happy with as I have tried the Nars primer (which is like cream) and did not like it. It feels amazingly soft and left my skin feeling silky and looking smoothe.

Applying my foundation on over this was great. I had no blotchiness , it dried quite quickly and I was left with a flawless complextion. I will most definately be purchasing this product in bulk before they go up in price.

I use the Estee Lauder Double wear foundation but its running low so thought I would grab the MUA Matte foundation in shade honeycomb incase I run out before I get some more. It has a medium coverage but not completely matte . I can work with this as it blends well into my skin. Again only £1.
I am not sure why but the tube looked a little squashed as if someone had pressed the tube leaving a finger size imprint on it, maybe its just how its meant to be .
I tend to grab a couple of the Iintense Glitter liners as I go through soo many of them and so I bought 2 . They are soo creamy and again only £1 each . They seem to be the only eyeliner pencils that do not irritate my eyes and considering these are filled with glitter (which is tiny and only visible to myself in light), they go on smoother than the MUA normal black eyeliner pencils. They seem creamier and easier to apply in my opinion.

I used to love liquid liners but lately have found myself loving the matte look not the shiney gloss look like the liquids have. I do however like to wear these every soo often for a more blder look on my eye and so picked one of these up too . Ok yes I know but it as only £1 like alot of the others. I think we are seeing a pattern here lol.

I have bought all of the MUA palettes already but there is still one I never bought and it was the new one. This is the Ever- After all matte palette and wow it is absolutely stunning. This palette is going to get some hammering as they are all colours I use on a daily basis. This was only £4 which is cheaper than the others surprisingly , I have no idea why . I love it. So pleased Ii got it this time as it was out of stock before.

Even though I love their Palettes I tend to find their single eyeshadows better pigmented and so grabbed 4 of the shades I know will be enjoyed this coming spring .
For only £1 each (again I know , but you can see why I love the soo much)

I have leant how to make use of colours on my skin tone and am loving the fact I can expand and add colour to my makeup collection which is slowely growing into a magnificent set. I a loving the blues and greens at the moment and I think they are going to be the colours for the warm seasons this year.

  • Shade 16 (matte) a natural pale peachy pink tone
  • Shade 10 (pearl) A gorgeous midnight blue
  • Shade 23 (pearl)  A baby blue
  • Shade 8 (pearl) A gorgeous tropical sea green
Picture
I have also got 2 of the blushers from 2013 range .
  • Cupcake
  • Lolly

I was actually pretty disapointed with the colours when they arrived. Online they show cupcake as a lovely pinky colour and the Lolly a gorgeous coral but looking at them they both are not as expected.

They both are however great shades and I have tried them. Cupcake is more a nude light brown with rose hint which is lovely as an everyday look and Lolly has more a peachy tone which I prefer.

So as you can see I got quite a bargain and wow a whole 25 products for only £30 .

Have you tried these products before I would love to know what you think?

I will be doing reviews on the eyeshadows this week coming so keep an eye out .

Awesome collection. I would love to wear fake lashes but so difficult for me to put them on as my own lashes are naturally curled so it gets a bit fiddly and I give up :(

I made my first MUA purchase yesterday and grabbed four of the blushers! At £1 I'd be an idiot not to.

The Revlon black eyelash glue is the one I use and it is incredible, definitely the best glue I have ever used. It's not very cheap (around a fiver a rube) but it will last me around three months and I wear eyelashes every single day! http://www.tesco.com/direct/revlon-precision-brush-on-lash-glue-dark-5ml-91194/416-8270.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=416-8270&sc_cmp=pcp_GSF_Make-up_416-8270kpid=416-8270&sc_cmp=ppc_g_{keyword}_{matchtype}&gclid=CIqXkvTJ-7wCFaQfwwodtGUArw
