Buy from - Boots Measures - 40ml I have currently been using the everyday moisturiser and my Esteee Lauder foundation daily but I needed no makeup yesterday and just wanted a natural look , my natural look however meant uneven skin tone and I never feel comfortable . I thought I would give the No7 BB cream a go seen as my friend had recommended it . I must be the only person I know not to have tried one yet considering I love makeup and creams. Below is a picture of me wearing BB No7 without setting powder I have never got the BB hype but because it is claiming to be a tinted moisturiser with good coverage , UV protection and great for your skin I thought it time to try it out. This one is unlike a lot of the other BB creams and does not claim to be for all skin types only Normal/oily skin Normal/dry skin Dry/very dry skin I have the Normal/dry skin because my skin is quite good except the odd spurts of dry areas around my nose sometimes in this weather. It claims ''one step application for a flawless , healthy complexion and a beautiful bare make-up look'' Sounds like the best invention ever, as we all know how many products we sometimes use for that look, creams, primers, foundation, concealer, blush and highlighters That's before you start the rest of your face . Wow its a lot , especially when you just want a quick natural look without going through the whole process that can be time consuming. The BB cream has a 5 star UVB and 15 SPF which is also fantastic and the shade is fair (which I am ) so what do I think of it. Its also Hypo allergenic too , fabulous for those who suffer a lot from allergies. The packaging. For starters I love the box, it is a sort of soft pearl pink and looks like its from an expensive brand. Very minimalist which is great because I hate those over packaging's with so much information you need a week to read it before you get into the box. The product itself is simple although looks cheaper than you pay for but the squeeze bottle makes it easy to handle and you know you can get the product out easily ensuring no waste. Great minimalist packaging but looks cheaper than you pay. The price. The price is a little bit too high for me, I think it seems a little steep especially for those who look for an affordable cream / foundation, but because it is a 1 step process and it includes , moisturiser, colour, coverage, SPF , then I suppose its OK to say its worth a try . I do however think because of the price, I myself would still rather prefer to pay for a foundation such as my Estee Lauder or even something less pricey. Pricey but affordable if you only want a one step application. Ingredients. Rose hip oil is one of the ingredients I love about this product. Rose hip is an oil extracted from a seed of a rose bush . This oil contains Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Rose hip is used for a variety of skin conditions such as Dermatitis Acne Eczema Sun burnt skin Wrinkles No wonder they use this in BB cream. Its a great natural ingredient that helps you look and feel younger. The product. The cream itself is quite thin as I expected and it does moisturise the face with easy application. My blemishes are minimised without the heavy look and the BB cream is light on my face making that natural look with even skin tone . It does have some staying power but I like to add setting powder to ensure a longer last and disguise the oily look which it has. I would definitely recommend this to those who are looking for a natural , light , fresh look. To the right is a picture of me wearing BB No7 with setting powder ontop . Have you tried a BB cream before, what do you think of them? DISCLAIMER: I am not paid to do this post.
