Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara has taken over my false lashes!

For the past 5 years and more I have been looking for the one mascara that adds volume and length but only till now have I finally found one that works for my short lashes.

So many brands promise to help but usually it just adds a bit of volume and not much length which to me length is most important as I have very little .

Smashbox Full exposure Mascara is my most favourite mascara EVER now. It really has exposed how long my lashes can be , a lot more than any other leading brand I have tried.

Cost - £18
Buy from - Smashbox
Colour - Onyx
Amount - 11g/ 0.38oz

Bearing in mind the silver packaged one is a limited edition that can not be bought unless purchased with the Wondervision eye set , you can buy the same mascara in a black casing at Smashbox .

Smashbox description says:-

Inspired by the on-set technique of layering a lengthening fiber mascara over a volumizing formula, our new studio-tested mascara exposes your longest, fullest lashes. No clumps, no flakes. Just maximum-impact, scene-stealing lashes.

• 104% increase in lash volume
• 32% increase in lash length
• 34-degree increase in lash curl

Starting at the base of lashes, sweep mascara up and out. Apply a second coat for added fullness and length.

The brush is very thick and long which I do love as it collects a lot of the product, the only downfall is it makes application a little more interesting the means that you need to be more carefull of getting excess mascara on your lid.

The small bristles at the end of the brush makes this wand perfect for the smaller lower lashes and the inner lashes.

I am still coming to terms with how long the wand is as my last mascara, the Maybeline, Great Lash wand was a lot shorter but I do prefer the longer wand.

I often wear false lashes , due to my lashes being quite short but not no more with this this mascara. Unfortunately for me the only people that were blessed with lushious long lashes were my husband and son who I am most jealous of.

As you can see form the above pictures of before and after application this mascara does actually do wonders for me.

This mascara is fantastic. It is not a super wet mascara but it is also not a dry formula.

The mascara adds double the amount of length which is exactly  what I want more than anything but as for volume , it does not seem so great.

I have to apply another 2 or 3 coats to get the desired effect for volume but in doing so you then get that clumpy look which for some is not what your wanting.

With only once coat of Smashbox Extreme , I am overjoyed with it as I have over double the length with only a small amount of volume.
It does not clump and separates my lashes perfectly . The only thing I need to invest in now is an eyelash curler as I seem to have lost mine , meaning my lashes are not curling upwards and not opening my eye like I would like.

I have very blonde lashes and usually need to use multiple coats to cover the blonde tips but with this mascara I only need one application to get those ultra black lashes covered instantly.

I absolutely love this mascara and will repurchase it. Ii feel comfortable wearing this without having to apply the falsies and although this mascara is a little pricey , I am saving money because I do not need to spend money on the false lashes.

The Full Exposure  most definitely gets a full recommendation from me .

Have you tried this or any of their other mascaras, what did you think, will you be trying it out?

Hey this is super! Such noticeable difference in your before and after pics. I've never seen so much of a difference in my lashes too with the use in spite of applying multiple coats. As you mentioned, have ended up with clumps most of the times.

You can really see the difference in your before and after shots! I have to be careful with mascara as I have sensitive eyes. I can use Clinique, Estee Lauder and Max Factor. I can't wear Rimmel, or Maybelline.

The mascara makes a huge difference to your lashes. The one I use is a freebie from the No 7 counter, I am so lazy when it comes to make up!
