ChillFactor Frozen Brain Slushy Maker

I had to share with you this amazing invention that has all my little ones , teens and even me rushing to the freezer with excitement.
Chillfactor's Frozen Brain Slushy Maker has had us fighting over who gets it first. 

I have to be honest, I never thought this would actually work .
I've bought many of the slushy makers over the years .
You know the ones like the penguin where you had to put ice cubes in his head and push the hat down while twisting the leaver which had blades inside the penguins belly that crushed (well mildly scraped or grated) the ice cubes?
It was a nightmare .
I used to have 6 sweaty , hot children running into the kitchen after a run around in the sun needing cooling down shouting for a slushy to cool down and if you've ever owned one yourself you will understand they were very messy and never worked as they said they should.
It took hours and endless pieces of ice cubes, arm ache and ear ache before you even got a tiny amount in a cup and by that time the kids had forgotten about asking for one and left the scene.  

This new invention literally saves all those problems and so easy to use that the children can make their own and the good thing about it is that they just need to freeze, add juice and then squeeze and eat.

Lets take a look -

First of all the Brain Slushy Maker is recommended for ages 4+ (this is probably due to the spoon on the straw that can be removed as I can not see anything else that could be a danger to smaller children).
This Product is priced at £12.99 which can be rather a lot for those who may need to buy multiples like myself (they all want one and are too impatient to share the same one). 
It is a great buy though and considering I payed more for the other types of Slushy makers it is a bargain due to it actually working with very little effort .
No ice, No blenders, No mess , it seems almost impossible but it really does allow you to make delicious Slushies in seconds!

We love the design, it is fun and colourful with its monster design . You don't have to have frozen drinks , you could just use it as a normal cup .
We gave the Slushy Maker a try as soon as it arrived and here how it turned out .

The instructions were very easy to follow and we followed them giving the perfect result first time.

Heres how to use it -

1. Place your cup in the freezer for between 4-6 hours
2. Take the cup from the freezer and immediately fill with your desired drink
3. Close the lid and squeeze, squish and keep squeezing. We found a good 3-5 minutes gave us a perfect final.
4. Open the lid and you will see your slush , get eating or slurping with your straw and enjoy.

The cup comes apart easily to clean all areas properly so no worry of dirt and grime getting into any hidden compartments and there are two different designs in the monster theme although Chillfactor also have the plain colours range available which are available for a slightly smaller value.

The great thing about this is that you can take this with you out and about once made and you can create all different types of slushies such as normal fruit juices, soda slushies or even some of those all healthy smoothy slushies .
