Ok , so I know this is a little late , but some of you may know , that I was feeling rather poorly for around two weeks over Halloween and so I totally forgot to share with you the terrors which were created in our home.
This year we decided not to go to any of our local parties or even trick or treating considering every year we do it and just end up being very cold and to be honest seemed a lot of fuss for nothing but mess and tantrums .
We did decide however the children could enjoy their school Disco which was organised by the school for an hour at a time after school , the only problem was that we had only 15 minutes to get the two smaller boys ready as they were out of school at 3.15pm and had to be back for 3.30pm.
This year Kaiden our 4yr old wanted to be Batman , not scary I know but he is only 4 and not into all the scary monsters , especially as the theme for him lately is all about Marvel and DC.
Leon , 5yr old was the Grim of Death . Always one for trying to frighten everyone and enjoy the face painting experience, I took only 5 minutes to make him look frightful although the cutest smile always peeps through.
By the time the boys were taken to their party and I had got back home, I then only had half an hour to sort the other three girls out for their party which was always the hardest , I am sure it is their hairs that takes up the time .
Libby ended up being a smirking spider .
Drew went as the Swan Princess
Every year Sian does the same thing, she is at that age now where she refuses to basically dress up , but I did persuade her to put on a lovely witches ball gown dress and as per usual she then added her red lipstick, black eye liner and had me then draw a spider web on her corner of the eye with a spider crawling down onto her cheek. Unfortunately she still refused to let me take a picture but Ii will eventually get one , I promise lol.
