You may have already heard of Little Live pets but this time around we have a new member and its one you may not think is as cute as they actually are . It's Mice! That is right, those little rodents that some of us fear have returned in a cute and adorable form and I for one have fallen for their adorable looks . There are 8 mice to collect and three playsets that are so far available - Mice -
Playsets -
The Lil' Mouse House Trial costs £19.99 and is available from Character-online.com The trail is the main part of this collection and there is in fact need for nothing else when it includes a see saw, a ramp and three round arenas to spin around in and if you have more than one it becomes even more fun as they battle through who gets where . The trial does not come with a mouse and so one has to be bought seperately which I found sad as the other two playsets include one with them . Each mouse comes with its own batteries so you do not need to hurry out and buy any and they all have their own little characters too. Each Mouse costs £9.99 and are also available from Character-online.com . These little critters have really got a mind of its own. They come alive with movement of wheels and also sound . There is an on and off button but they do also automatically switch of if left alone which is perfect for children like mine who tend to leave things on and kill batteries . There is also sensory buttons on the top back of the mouse which activates the mouse into waking up and scurrying along either the trail or even your kitchen floor which is where my little ones put them trying to scare me. My only problem is the fact I think my puppy may think it is a real one and want to play herself with it. The feel of them are velvety and they are petty much the size of a real live mouse and they also remind me of a smaller but more fun and more cuter version of the Zuzu pets which I remember my daughters went a little crazy over a few years back. These Little Live Pets are aimed for children aged 5+ and it seems my 5 year old son and my 11 year old daughter took the most interest so it most definitely is a unisex toy . There did seem to be a lot of pieces included in the mouse trail but with easy instructions my daughter was able to put this together although I think the clips could be a problem for the smaller ones and I feel it would be best for parents to put it together in case of breakage .
After a few years of my children enjoying Little live Pets , I have to admit we are now looking into some of their other pets, my daughter seems very interested in the butterfly ones. What do you think about Little Live Pets , would you be tempted to buy one for your child? It would be a great for those parents thinking of getting their child a pet but not ready for the real thing yet.

Oh I love these, they are adorable! I struggle with toys for my autistic son but I reckon he would love these as he has a thing about mice.
