Usually I am the one doing the Puzzles and usually they consist of 1000 pieces but this time it was time to let the little ones join in and for once they had something new to share with me. 3D puzzles from Ravensburger . I have never made a 3D puzzle so this was rather exciting for both of us . The Funky Owl 3D Collection I was looking at this week was Part of two different themes
3D puzzles are a great way for turning the puzzles you love from just a flat surface portrait into a third dimentional piece which can be used and placed around the home for all to see . Individual shaped and bendable pieces allows you build wonderful objects from a puzzle globe to the Empire State Building. Each plastic piece is strong and fits together perfectly and because each one is numbered , its easier to help find where each piece goes. Jewellery Tree - Funky Owls Jewellery Tree 3D Puzzle £9.99 A wonderful place to hang all those pretty pieces of jewellery , rings, bracelets and anything else that sparkles . A pencil holder - Funky Owls Pencil Holder 3D Puzzle £4.99 This also comes in handy for storing other things , at the moment my daughters using hers as a money box (maybe a new idea for their next invention of puzzle ). A vase - Funky Owls Vase 3D Puzzle 14.99 With unique curved puzzle pieces , this vase is perfect for placing those pretty flowers and guess what? you can put real flowers and real water in it to keep them smelling beautiful . Vanity Box - Funky Owls Vanity Box 3D Puzzle £14.99 A huge secret box with a sliding top drawer to put all of your secret belongings . This is quite a large box for what we thought it was going to be and I bet your wondering how we put the perfect corners in? There are strong , bendable , hinged pieces make your corners look precise and ensure the whole thing looks durable. We had great fun building this collection piece by piece into a 3D vision and were surprised how strong they were once up and finished. Here is a short clip to show you how we found building the Vase.
