Who's Kids Are They Anyway?

All my children wear full school uniform that are deemed acceptable by their schools, i never have problems and if i do its always something minor such as forgotton homework or children acting up once in a while  i may get a call about, children are children and are not perfect , no one is, but i swear down im getting rather pissed of that the schools are so choosy as to what they want our children to wear, i understand they wish for all children to wear none branded clothes to stop bullying and such so why dont they just say so instead of telling us where to buy their shoes for example so not to disrupt their choice of footwear styles, why cant a child wear plain black trainers? most school shoes look very much like a trainer anyway and in my opinion would be safer to wear , why do they feel the need to Tell Just girls not to wear slim legged trousers when in reality the boys also wear slim line but no one says anything , do the teachers see a set look they prefer to see our kids wearing or are they just getting too picky , i have no idea why what they wear has anything to do with their education , they wont drop a grade or two because the shape of their trousers leg is not in uniform infact schools anger me in so many ways i would be happier to have them all at home . Being made to wear a blazer ? Even in summer they are made to wear them in and around school and the kids overheat , Its ridiculous, no mobile phones? Fare enough dont allow the child to play on them and what not but if i want to get in touch with my child for any reason i should be allowed to ring or message them at break times , what the hell and who the hell has the right to tell me what style haircut is acceptable ? Now im not talking purple poka dots coloured but at one point my son was put in the red room(days seclusion) once for having grade 1 hairstyle , also if one more teacher tries to addess me in my kids planner in red pen one more time i will rip IT up, oh and if i dont sign my childs planner , guess wat, the child gets detention! Last year i gave birth to my son, hubby called the school from delivery suite and explained they would not be attending for the day, a week later we were in hospital with our new born baby and again their nan looked after them but was unable to get them to school , both times we informed school but although all 4 who attend the same school stayed absent at the same time they only picked up on the youngest childs two days absence which they say were not authorised , and even if it wasnt, who are these people telling me whats best  my child Its becoming a joke for them to threaten people with fines for absence and them telling me that even if our kids are ill they must not drop below 93% attendance lever or inforcers are to be contacted ffs , dont even get me started on homework too , im not allowed time with my kids, between them getting up for school and in school then doing homework , in lucky if i get an hour with them before bed , whos kids are they and when did it become law that schools own their guardianship , best interests ,understandings and their individulism ,,,, had to rant ,,, no wonder kids hate schools in this day and age
