 So 5 of the children are still in younger school so they were asked to dress up as a character from a story book to celebrate World book day. Here are their choices.  Kaiden aged 4yrs - Fireman Sam  Leon aged 5yrs - Mr Strong  Libby aged 7yrs - Princess Aurora  Drew aged 7yrs - Barbie Princess  Sian aged 9yrs - Golden egg from Jack and the Beanstalk - Getting older she no longer wishes to try and dress up as much but she made an effort  World Book Day is a celebration! It is a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and most importantly it is a celebration of reading.
Each year over 100 countries take part in dressing up , reading or buying books to encourage people to enjoy books. Encouraging children to read more books from the Authors they already love soo much to discovering new ones and hopefully have them reading for many years to come. thankyou , my strong actually in reality is my bump we call him that beasue he is always clumsy and it was only last week i was called to the school becasue he had feel and bumped his head , but hes our little fighter so he was mr strong for the day x 8/3/2014 02:20:24 pm
