Being a mum to 7 is always a joy but there comes a time (usually in the summer months) where there is a constant array of accidents usually consisting of knee grazes and hand cuts from playing wildly in our garden . My youngest son is now 4 years old and he is most certainly at the stage where he is getting that little bit braver , going that little bit faster, climbing that little bit higher and falling that little bit harder than he used to so now I am becoming a little bit more weary to his eagerness of wanting to do more outside independently. Baring in mind this is all about to start again once the snow melts and spring comes amongst us, I am ready to start topping up my first aid box once again to ensure I have everything needed to help them get over the tears and today we have a product I thought you may find fun and also helpful to one particular charity in particular. Dermocare Plasters! Cost - £2.99 Where to buy - Tesco & Ocado It is not the first time I have seen themed plasters but when there is a charity involved , i like to think that there is a small amount of the sales going to a good cause but also give you the use that is dependant on it also. Who are WWF? The World Wide Fund for Nature is an international non-governmental organization founded on April 29, 1961, and is working on issues regarding the conservation, research and restoration of the environment. Who are Dermocare? Supplier of the WWF Safari and Ocean Life Plasters . Lets take a closer look - Ocean Life Plasters- 18 plasters in 3 various sizes The first thing I noticed on this packet of plaster was that there were various sea life included and not just the ocean fish that I was expecting.
These plasters are very bright and cheerful , my son actually opted for these first choice due to the fact that there is a huge great white shark on the biggest of the plasters . The Safari Plasters 18 plasters in 3 various sizes This pack contains some amazing designs which capture the true beauty of some of the most amazing animals -
These are the most appealing for me, I am an absolute sucker for the stunning animal print designs and the tiger face and giant panda look amazingly adorable . The plasters do their job . To me a plaster never used to do anything , even with the smallest of scratches on a child's knee it never made a difference in bettering the pain, it was merely the thought that a plaster can make it all better , and I still get little man coming to me with the tiniest of dots on his finger and tell me he needs a plaster. The fact that these plasters cover the most important things that matter such as the environment and the safety of protecting it and using only recycled and recyclable materials means that I know I am doing my bit by just buying a pack (or in my case a bundle of them considering Ii have 7 little ones and I never just buy one pack of anything lol). The Plaster peels away from the protective covering seal well, a little hard to get if your in a hurry but to me it shows the plaster is clean and no germs have got into it through loose covers. They stick well onto the skin but not to harsh so to hurt when removed which is a relief to Kaiden now he has them all over his face . I have a feeling I will be covering him over the summer even when there is no need for plasters . So now that I have shown you the product of today , I would love for you to join in on a fun little giveaway by entering the Rafflecopter below.
Enjoy and good luck .
