Green on the Runway - OPI Coca Cola Collection

So I have to be honest with you, this is the most unliked shade I found in the whole of the Coca Cola collection.

I have never been a great fan of green shades of this type especially when it is a green and red to brownish duochrome.

Never the less I still thought I would share it with you as I know some of you may appreciate the colour more than me.

If you are looking to make a statement , this is the colour for you .

First of all I am confused as to why the red has been added into this tone .
Sprite has no red on the design does it?
I think it should have been more a green with lemon shade or even blue but I suppose OPI will have a colour tone like that already and were looking for something a little different.

I think Catch me in your net from the summer flutter collection 2010 would have been what I was expecting.

Ok , so it is not what I was expecting but this shade is something I may find myself wearing in the autumn months and I am sure my daughter is going to love this more than me .

I am not really in the mood for getting dressed today , I think the overboard of sunshine this past two weeks has left me a little worn out and so I though I would try cheer myself up with trying on a new polish.

I found this polish to be a little sheer for my liking in a polish and due to that I had to apply three coats to get the coverage I prefer in a polish.

The formula was a little hard to apply , I have to admit I found it difficult as it seemed to leave stroke marks in the finish which you may be able to see and not the smooth finish I like .

I found that different lighting gave it a different effect  , I am sure you can decide which you like best but for me I prefer it where it shows the brighter green tone in the polish.

The colour is strange, looking at the bottle you can clearly see it has a green , redish brown tone but on the nail it starts to show a pink and a gold shade in certain lights and I actually like it on the nail better .

I am not sure on this colour for the collection , I think they could have chosen something a little more appealing and in line with the actual sprite design but I will wear it , just not in the season we are in now.

What do you think of this shade , I hope you appreciate the colour better than me .
