So the first of my OPI Coca Cola collection I had to try was the Orange you Stylish !
Out of the whole collection I find for this time of year it seems the most summery of shades to the others (which I will share with you also shortly.
After all , OPI polishes should be shown individually because they are a fantastic brand of polish .
OPI set to release this fantastic collection as they were celebrating their 125th Anniversary.
Not only did they release just 1 or 2 but they made a full collection dedicated to Coca Cola by producing 9 new shades of polish for our nails.
OPI say -
Through the decades, we have seen beautiful women drinking Coca-Cola in printed and television ads. Whether young and bohemian,
pin-up gorgeous, or stylish and sophisticated, the Coca-Cola woman sets the standard for a lifestyle of happiness, style and taste. OPI is
proud to celebrate the 125th anniversary of this iconic brand with nine new nail lacquer shades designed to make women feel good and
Introducing nine shades served up to salute the diversity of Coca-Cola brands in style: Enjoy your favorite ice-cold Coca-Cola drink while indulging
in a manicure or pedicure – an instant dose of happiness, refreshingly stylish!
So I was sat in the burning hot sun in my garden looking at my toes , deciding whether or not to paint them, they looked so plain and not having anything on my toes since I painted them for the World cup , I decided to grab the orange you stylish to brighten them up.
I love OPI polish brushes, the brush shape always make it easier to apply the polish without any awkwardness and I only needed to apply the polish twice to get the perfect coverage .
I love how the collection have a mix of cream and high shine with a nice glitter thrown in there.
Orange you stylish is a high shine for sure , I am not sure why they say it is a glitter packed finish though as I see no glitter in the polish.
There is no point in me saying anything about non chip resistant (OK so I just have) but for me polishes always chip, no matter how well applied or looked after and I have found even the best of polishes can be stripping away from the nail within days of wearing them even with topcoats and well preparation of putting the polish on.
I do love the collection but not sure I will be using many of the shades till maybe Autumn when the colours seem to fit my liking more.
I do love this shade though, its definitely the summery shade my toes needed
You can buy this polish at Nailpolish.co.uk
