I am very excited to have been asked by the amazing brand known as Dr Lewinn's to participate in their Renunail Challenge which I seen on their Facebook page and lasts for 8 weeks. I was only expecting to receive the Renunail 3 step so I am over the moon they sent me the cream because I have been searching for months now for a nice thick conditioning cream and the nail file is absolutely amazing, I am now taking them everywhere with me. My nails are very soft and although they may look in good condition they simply lie in these pictures. Around my nails are always hard and flakey and I always suffer from peeling on my nails themselves. They tend to snap and break easily and I can not ever think of a time they have been longer than this. I was hoping they did not snap before the test started. Below you can see my pre nails and I hope to see a difference in how healthy they may become, which means longer, stronger nails. This is a huge deal for me and it is going to be soo hard not to apply all those amazing polishes I keep eyeing up lately. It was only last week I got 15 new ones and still need to try them all out. It is a long challenge but I hope once I have completed this it will be easy to keep on top of afterwards. My dream is to have long lushious nails for more painting . My pre nail challenge questions with my answers are:- 1. On a scale of 1-10 how weak would you say your nails are? (1 being the weakest) My nails are in pretty bad shape and have snapped on some fingers. They are brittle on the tips and are very soft so I would say 2 because I am not confident they will snap very soon 2. What are your main concerns with your nails? (weak, pealing etc) My nails are constantly in the water or typing on keyboards and housework , with 7 little ones I am always busy so they are prone to snapping and peeling , I seem to have very soft nails. 3. Are you proud of your nails? I have been told that my nails are lovely but its very rare they have any length on them so I would love them to have some. 5. Do you use a nail strengthener on your toes? What were the results? I do not need it on my toes as for some reason (maybe because they aren't soaked in water a lot ), they don't feel soft or vulnerable . 6. In your opinion what is the main activity that most damages your nails? (E.g Computer keyboard, house chores, looking after children?) It has to be household chores and typing ,I am a mum of 7 who always has lots to do which involves me pulling bedding off and snapping a nail or squeezing clothes into draws and bending them. I am a little late in posting this as I was meant to post this last Tuesday so my first week results will be up soon.
Has anyone been trying this or thinking of trying it, let me know how its going?
