I took total advantage when I saw that W7 Makeup on twitter were looking for beauty bloggers to review and challenge themselves to nail art with there new Cosmic Nail Dust Duo. I was so happy to be chosen to receive the polish and cosmic nail dust in both Aqua and have to say I am so happy as I love this shade most in the nail dust selection, they seem to know me so well. W7 Do many products such as eyes, nails, lips, face, skincare and even accessories and I have used many of them beforehand including their polish collections. For me , the thing I love best is that they are affordable and have so many different different shades and tones especially in the nail polish section. Polish costs - £4.95 Now the magic happens and they have brought you the fabulous sparkly Cosmic Nail Dust . Cosmic nail dust costs - £3.95 I reeived Aqua but Cosmic Nail Dust is available in 22 other shades.
So if you are anything like me and love sparkle and glitter you can see they have a fabulous selection of colours to choose from which is great, I love a rainbow. So lets see what the Duo are like............. Ingredients- The packaging to the Cosmic Nail dust is quite adorable and compact, would look lovely in the whole collection on my dresser side by side . They look like little bottles of fairy dust,,,,,,,,,,,magical! The little note attached to the bottle gives you a clear description on how to use the Cosmic nail dust to its best advantage. While the bottle is a solid plastic tub, the pippet end is made from a squeezable rubber tube, ensuring you are able to get the dust out easier with nothing but a small squeeze . The magic is it does not spill out and uses the wonderful science of pumping air to get the right amount out of the bottle by releasing small amounts at a time by what I can only describe as a pump action squeeze to activate it. I have to admit this seemed so much easier with so little mess considering I have used other similar brands of similar product where the whole bottle is used and spilled in only one use to get a full coverage . I am amazed at how I only use very little yet have full coverage and I would say it was down to the pippet for its unique design . I found it very quick to do , and surprisingly I had no fallout which I was expecting with it being glitter. The very fine glitter dust seemed to attach itself to the polish and stayed there. You have to apply your nail polish as you would normally then before allowing the polish to dry you then start squeezing the pippet over the nail to add the cosmic nail dust. It did not take long to dry , maybe 20 minutes to totally feel safe in the meaning I could then go about doing my every day things . As you know , I am not very artistic when it comes to nail art but I thought I would take on the #W7CosmicNailChallenge to, take a look at how I made this plain glitter nail into something a little different ........ So do you like it, will you be giving it a try?
Let me know or tweet with your nail art to #W7cosmicnailchallenge to join in the fun . would love to see .
