Dont forget to leave the peel on the fruit!
There are excellent nutrients in the skin peel of a fruit or vegetable so do not peel them. Other than oranges and grapefuit you should wash but not peel the product.
Try something you wouldnt normally try raw!
Alot of people are too used to the orange or apple juice that they forget how many other excellent foods are out there . So why not try juicing your beetroot, broccoli or celery raw and mix with a bit of apple for a new type of flavour . Its well known that raw food holds the best nutrients.
Clean your juicer before you drink your juice!
Modern juicers have become much easier to clean but never leave your juicer without cleaning it, there are soo many acids that can ruin it in fruit, try washing, drying and setting it up straight for use as soon as its been used .
The majority of people will only pick up oranges, bananas and apples from their store. Try something different , why not grab mixed fruit and vegetables and experiment with different flavours and co-ordinations of colours , pick a vegetable you have never tried or dont usually eat and mix it with your favourite fruit and see how you like it.

If you have young children who refuse to eat their fruit and veg snacks - pop one into a juice bottle and send it to school with them,or even better make it into an icelolly, I bet if you used mixed berries , orange and some carrot they would never know the difference and its a great way of getting their 5 A day without them knowing.
