Eat yourself to glowing skin

Focus on eating healthy fats to give your body a boost of Omega -  3 and Vitamin E to have naturally glowing skin.

Breakfast- Breakfast bowl -
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1 green apple
  • 100g natural yogurt
  • 50g almonds

Chop up the fruit and layer the yogurt and almonds placing berries and apple ontop of inbetween.

Lunch - Mackerel salad - 
  • 50g chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 50g rocket
  • Handful of raw almonds
  • 1 smoked mackerel fillet
  • A dash of olive oil

Mix tomatoes into a bowl  with the rocket and tomatoes Then place the mackerel on top and drizzle with olive oil, If you wish squeeze a lemon on top for more flavour.

Dinner -  Squash and Tahini - 
  • 100g squash, sliced or cubed
  • 2tbsp coconut oil
  • 50g broccoli
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2tbsp tahini
  • 100g rocket

Cover squash in coconut oil and roast in the oven at 220c for 20 minutes.
Steam the broccoli. In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice, ginger and tahini for the dressing . Place all the ingredients in a bowl with rocket, add dresing and serve hot .
