Breakfast- Breakfast bowl -

Cover squash in coconut oil and roast in the oven at 220c for 20 minutes.
Steam the broccoli. In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice, ginger and tahini for the dressing . Place all the ingredients in a bowl with rocket, add dresing and serve hot .
