The A5 Plan. It is important to have breakfast between 20 and 40 minutes after walking, then eat each of your next four meals three hours apart. Choose one option from each section every day, but dont mix and match. If you get hungry between meals, you can choose one of the snack attack options. You are allowed one a day but try not to if you can avoid it- its for emergency hunger only! You can also have one treat night a week, yes thats correct , you can enjoy desert or a glass of wine if you want on that weekend evening.
